Refund Policy – Swift Cleaning
At Swift Cleaning, we are committed to providing reliable, professional, and high-quality cleaning services. To maintain fairness and clarity for all parties, please review our refund policy below:
No Refunds After Services Are Rendered
Once a cleaning service is completed, no refunds will be issued. Our team dedicates time and resources to every appointment, and our staff is compensated accordingly.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning provided, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We’ll gladly return to re-clean any missed areas free of charge.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $30 cancellation fee.
Last-minute cancellations (within 4 hours of the appointment) or no-shows may result in a 50% charge of the total service amount.
Prepaid Services or Promotions
All prepaid packages and promotional services are non-refundable, but they may be rescheduled or transferred to another person within 30 days of purchase.
Payment Disputes
In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, Swift Cleaning will provide all necessary documentation including service logs, agreements, and client communications to resolve the matter.
